Treating Obesity

We are proud to be designated as a Center of Excellence for Bariatric Surgery by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Our surgeons have performed more than 2000 weight loss surgery procedures with excellent results and a low complication rate. We are offering the latest minimally invasive surgical procedures as well as complex revisional surgeries. Our Center participates with nearly all health insurance plans, and we provide expert help to assist patients in obtaining insurance approval for weight loss surgery. We offer dietary teaching, nutritional counseling, and support group meetings before and after surgery conducted by a registered dietician specializing in the care of weight loss surgery patients. We also offer non surgical weight loss programs and long term weight management assistance. We are closely affiliated with exercise physiologists and clinical psychologists experienced in the care of overweight patients.

Our bariatric program offers a number of services to aid and assist the bariatric patient associated with the diagnosis, treatment, and continuing care. Services may be focused on, but not limited to emotional, behavioral, physical, and financial needs of our patients.
