Dr. Raman Kumar

Dr. Raman Kumar is our newest addition to the group. He successfully completed his General Surgery Residency at Akron City Hospital/Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio. He recently completed a Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Kumar practices both general and colorectal surgery. His specific interests include colonoscopies (screening and therapeutic), endoscopies, laparoscopic/minimally invasive colon and bowel operations, and anorectal procedures (hemorrhoidectomy, sphinteroplasty). He is also proficient in cholecystectomies, appendectomies, hernia repairs, and other general surgical procedures. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.
